Holiday Party with Menu
With just five days until our industry holiday party, I wanted to share the finalized menu with the reminder to get your tickets before they sell out! We’ll be celebrating from 7 to 11pm at a private venue in Brooklyn. Dress code is cocktail with a seasonal flair and we will have wine all night from Selections de la Viña as well as non alcoholic drinks for our teetotaler crowd. Hard liquor will be available for purchase from the bar if you like some of the hard stuff.
Txistorras Envueltas, or pigs in a blanket, are spanish style sausage wrapped in puff pastry. They have pork and dairy.
Beet tartlets are vegetarian with dairy. Tuna tartlets have dairy (but only in the pastry shell which includes butter).
The Baked Raclette with potatoes… need I say more? Definitely not dairy free but vegetarian.
Mini bikinis are small grilled sandwiches with membrillo (quince paste) and cheese.
Deviled eggs are vegetarian, gluten free, and dairy free.
Seasonal fruit and the Vegan cheese platter are both vegan and I will have gluten free crackers as well as grilled sourdough to pair.
Caviar will be choose your own adventure. Paired with crème fraîche, onion, blinis, and house made potato chips.
All desserts are vegetarian. Pumpkin parfait with chocolate mascarpone is gluten free. The pavlova wreath can be made dairy free (send me an email if you require this!). The marzipan will be from Fortunato Brothers and is both vegan and gluten free.
